Smoke alarm checks
Service all smoke alarms in accordance with the Victoria Building Regulations 2006, S.R.No.68/2006, Australian Standards 3786 and Section 3.7.2.2 of the Building Code of Australia.
Supply of a detailed smoke alarm report as a valid legal record for proof of servicing will be provided on completion.
